For all technical issues linked to our apps, contact our support dev team at support@arkada.fr. Precise the game played and describe your issue, we take care of it swiftly.
When will I receive my order?
We do our very best to handle your order in the fastest way possible. Once the order is sent, you'll receive an email with additional information. The shipping duration varies according to your location.
I am a game author and I wish to submit my prototype to the Studio, what are the steps?
