Returns and Refunds

This English version is provided for information purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

This policy applies exclusively to orders placed on the arkada.studio online stores or on the Amazon platform. It does not cover orders from crowdfunding campaigns (Kickstarter, Gamefound, Game On Tabletop, or any other crowdfunding platform), which are subject to the terms specific to each campaign.

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason.

To do so, contact us at contact@arkada.fr before this period expires.

2. Return conditions

The product must be returned within 14 days of your withdrawal notice to the following return address:

The product must be:

Complete
In good condition
Free of any signs of use

Arkada Studio reserves the right to apply a reduction to the refund if the returned product is incomplete, damaged, or shows signs of use. The amount of the reduction is assessed case by case based on the condition observed.

3. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are payable by the customer alone. They are not refunded by Arkada Studio.

4. Refund

The refund is issued after the returned parcel has been received and checked, using the same payment method as the one used for the purchase.

Only the initial shipping costs at the standard rate (the cheapest rate offered at the time of the order) are refunded. Any additional costs for a premium delivery method are not refunded.

In the event of a partial return (one or more items from the same order), shipping costs are refunded in proportion to the items returned.

In accordance with article L.221-24 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned parcel.

5. Defective or nonconforming product

In the event of a defect or a lack of conformity, contact us at contact@arkada.fr. We first favor replacing the defective component. If that solution does not suit you, you may request a refund in accordance with applicable law.

6. Legal warranty

In accordance with article L.217-5 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), a lack of conformity is any failure to match the description of the product, its normally expected use, or the qualities announced (product page, advertising, labeling). Normal wear from use, damage caused by the customer, and misuse of the product do not constitute a lack of conformity.

You also benefit from the warranty against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code (Code civil).
